Is Weli autonomous, or does it just assist?

Weli is an assistant. It surfaces next-best actions; your advisors decide, edit, and send. Human judgment stays in charge. No trading or discretionary decisions.

How long does it take to build my AI and how much of my time does it take?

It depends. Most advisors have many demands on their time, and can only move so quickly in providing required information and data. We can normally get what we need in one or two meetings, a few emails, and then a couple more refinement meetings weekly. From the time we start to the time Weli is working for all of your advisors could be 8-12 weeks.  

How is this priced?

Simple, service-style pricing: per-advisor or per active client family. Pilots are fixed-scope with a clear outcome and summary. We price so a small lift (hours saved or a retained household) can justify the spend.

Are we the right kind of firm?

Best fit: independent boutiques (2–20 advisors, ~$50M–$1B AUM) that value high-touch relationships, feel tool sprawl, and want personal, timely outreach at scale without adding hours.

Do we need to change our tech stack at all?
